柄は超音波洗浄(医療用)後、水性工芸漆(食品衛生法適合)で仕上げています。

Condition: Used (repaired + mirror-finishing on the front side of the blade + blade has been attached)

After ultrasonic cleaning (medical use), the handle is finished with water-based craft lacquer (Food Sanitation Law compliant).
Box : Paper box included.
The advantage of second-hand remade products is that they are repaired from Japanese knives originally made by skilled craftsmen in the past, so they are cheap but of good quality. (Some of them are priced at a premium.)
